Securing and synchronizing the world's
enterprise communications.

Founded in 2022 in Gurugram, India, MailGovern was built to solve the hardest problems in email infrastructure. We abstract the chaos of legacy Exchange, Office 365, and Google Workspace into a single, unified platform.

Our Dual Mission

Putting Security First:
The Future of Email

"When we founded MailGovern, we held a simple belief: the best enterprise infrastructure isn't built by stacking legacy transport rules—it's built by abstracting complexity. Our API-first approach provides the clean context that drives true communication security."

"Every automated action is a critical governance decision. AI should support that decision with better data and deeper semantic insights, not replace the human judgment that makes strict compliance possible."

Core Principles

The technical philosophy that underpins everything we build.

Security by Design

We built MailGovern on a zero-trust architecture. Emails transit via TLS 1.3, and depending on your deployment, payloads are never persisted to disk.

Developer First

Abstracting SOAP and EWS into clean REST. We provide modern SDKs, unified webhooks, and painless integration paths for engineering teams.

Uncompromising Scale

Built in Go and Rust for maximum throughput. MailGovern is designed to process millions of complex corporate rules per day without breaking a sweat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about this solution.

MailGovern is a unified communication governance platform that allows enterprises to control, automate, and secure their email and calendar data across Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Google Workspace using API-first integrations and background sync operations.

We natively support Microsoft Exchange Server (On-Premise), Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365), and Google Workspace. Our platform normalizes data across all these providers into a single, unified structure.

MailGovern is highly flexible. It can be deployed as a fully managed Cloud SaaS, deployed On-Premise within your own enterprise infrastructure, or entirely White-Labelled for CRM builders and managed service providers.

Security and data sovereignty are our top priorities. Depending on your deployment model (especially On-Premise), MailGovern can be configured to process and route emails in real-time without persisting sensitive payload data to disk.

Unlike basic Exchange Transport Rules which rely on rigid regex patterns, our governance engine uses semantic evaluation to monitor incoming and outgoing emails. It can automatically tag, quarantine, redact PII, or route emails to specific systems based on complex organizational policies.

Yes! CRM builders and SaaS companies use MailGovern's background sync operations to seamlessly integrate their platforms with their customers' Exchange and Google Workspace environments without building complex polling infrastructure.
